Refund policy

Items are eligible for exchanhe or refunds within 30 days only if:

  • they are in a resellable condition
  • they have not been personalised, customised or custom-made on buyer’s request
  • they have not been damaged by a buyer. 

Refunded item postage is covered by the customer and can be posted to:

Items with a manufacturing fault are eligible for an exchange or refund within 6 months and return label will be provided. Refunds in this case are paid once the item is received back and evaluation confirms the manufacturing fault.
